All Meaning Fringe 2019

Play for Productivity

Playful Pros

Thursday 14 November

8:00am to 9:00am

Unitarian Church, New Road, Brighton, BN1 1UF

This session will wake you up, shake you up and get you off to the best possible start for Meaning 2019!

This Playful Pros workshop gives an exciting opportunity to people who typically work in corporate settings – a chance to engage in playful physical exercises used by trained actors, to encourage participants to get out of their heads and into their bodies.

Each exercise is specifically chosen to reflect an element of working life, for example managing stress, developing innovation or enabling more creativity. Participants will leave the session energised, more engaged with themselves and those around them and with a fresh perspective on the day they are about to embark upon.

Come along, whatever the setting of your corporate work, particularly if you find you have experience of middle and senior management and you’re familiar with the office environment. This is also great for HR professionals looking for innovative ways to motivate teams.

About the organiser

After ten years as a journalist, Helen Percival quit her well-paid, secure job to re-train as an actor (because a healthy dose of insecurity keeps life interesting). She now runs Playful Pros with fellow actor, yogi and excellent chap John Slade. They look forward to playing with you!

Meaning Fringe events are independently organised and ticketed.
