21st century leadership
Meaning 2016
Meaning 2016
We live in a dynamic, volatile, networked age. The top-down hierarchies of the 20th century are increasingly unfit for purpose. New generations are hungry for authenticity, transparency, collaboration and co-creation. Now is the time to reframe what we mean by leadership.
The Meaning 2016 panel was hosted by Paul Mason and included the co-leader of The Green Party Jonathan Bartley, director of the Centre of Labour and Social Studies Faiza Shaheen, leadership consultant Blaire Palmer and Paul Green Jr. — the founder of the Morning Star Self-Management Institute.
Together they explored: What are the leadership qualities we need to cultivate at all levels of business, society and politics?
